Aufruf zur Protestaktion anlässlich des Weltflüchtlingstags und des deutschen Gedenktags für die Opfer von Flucht und Vertreibung
Wir, ein zivilgesellschaftliches Bündnis aus regionalen und nationalen NGOs, rufen auf zum gemeinsamen Protestzug am 20.06.2023 um 5 vor 12 vor dem Bundesministerium des Inneren in Berlin zum Bundestag unter dem Motto: Werdet nicht zu Totengräber:innen!
Die Aktion findet statt im Rahmen zahlreicher Proteste und Appelle an die deutsche Bundesregierung und die Regierungen der anderen EU- Staaten sowie das EU Parlament, sich noch gegen die Reform des Gemeinsamen Europäischen Asylsystems zu stellen.
Diese ‘Reform’, die in Wahrheit ein weiterer Schritt in Richtung Menschrechtsverletzungen an den EU Außengrenzen, Kriminalisierung von Flucht und Abschiebung von Verantwortung ist, darf nicht zu Stande kommen!
Wir werden gemeinsam Särge vom BMI zum Bundestag tragen und gemeinsam die Särge vor dem Bundestag abstellen. Zu dieser Aktion laden wir Mitstreiter:innen als Trauergemeinde ein, lasst uns der Bundesregierung zeigen, was ihre Entscheidungen in der Realität für fliehende Menschen bedeuten würde und lasst uns trotzdem deutlich machen:
Wir werden weiter kämpfen für das Menschenrecht auf Asyl, für eine echte menschrechtsorientierte Politik Deutschlands und der EU!
Als Bündnis stehen wir ein für offene Häfen, legale Fluchtwege und eine echte solidarische Verteilung von Menschen auf der Flucht innerhalb der EU, die bisher vor allem am Widerstand der deutschen Regierung scheitert.
Nein zu GEAS! Nein zum Begräbnis des Rechts auf Asyl!
Kein Asylkompromiss 2.0!
Kein Mensch ist illegal!

Call for action
Call for protest action on the occasion of World Refugee Day and the German Day of Remembrance for the Victims of Flight and Expulsion
We, a civil society alliance of regional and national NGOs, call for a joint protest march on 20 June 2023 at (11:55 am) 5 to 12 in front of the Federal Ministry of the Interior in Berlin to the Bundestag under the motto: Don’t become administrators of death!
The action will take place in the context of numerous protests and appeals to the German Federal Government and the governments of the other EU states as well as the EU Parliament to still oppose the reform of the Common European Asylum System (CEAS).
Together we will carry coffins from the Federal Ministry of the Interior to the Bundestag and place the coffins in front of the Bundestag. We invite fellow campaigners to this action as mourners.
This ‘reform’, which in reality is a further step towards the violation of human rights at the EU’s external borders, the criminalisation of flight, and shifting responsibility, must be stopped!
As an alliance we stand up for open ports, legal flight routes, and a real solidarity-based allocation of refugees within the EU, which has so far failed mainly because of the resistance of the German government.
No to CEAS! No to the burial of the right to asylum!
No asylum compromise 2.0!
No human being is illegal!

Appel à l’action
Appel à une action de protestation à l’occasion de la journée mondiale des réfugié·e·s et de la journée commémorative allemande pour les victimes de la fuite et de l’expulsion.
Nous, une alliance de la société civile composée d’ONG régionales et nationales, appelons à une marche de protestation commune le 20 juin 2023 à 11h55 devant le ministère fédéral de l’Intérieur à Berlin jusqu’au Bundestag sous la devise : Ne devenez pas des fossoyeurs !
L’action se déroulera dans le contexte de nombreuses manifestations et appels au gouvernement fédéral allemand et aux gouvernements des autres États de l’UE ainsi qu’au Parlement européen pour qu’ils continuent à s’opposer à la réforme du régime d’asile européen commun (RAEC).
Ensemble, nous porterons des cercueils depuis le ministère fédéral de l’Intérieur jusqu’au Bundestag et nous les déposerons devant le Bundestag. Nous vous invitons à participer à cette action en tant que personnes en deuil.
Cette « réforme », qui est en réalité un pas de plus vers la violation des droits humains aux frontières extérieures de l’UE, la criminalisation de la fuite et l’expulsion de la responsabilité, doit être stoppée !
En tant qu’alliance, nous nous engageons pour des ports ouverts, des voies de fuite légales et une véritable répartition solidaire des réfugié·e·s au sein de l’UE. Jusqu’à présent, cela a échoué surtout en raison du refus du gouvernement allemand.
Non au RAEC ! Non à l’enterrement du droit d’asile !
Pas de compromis sur l’asile 2.0 !
Aucun être humain n’est illégal !
